Paul Erdos

In books and in movies, my favourite genre has always been biographies. Auto-biographies and memoirs are the best, but just biographies come as a pretty close second.

This afternoon I happened to see this great documentary on Paul Erdos, the man who created entire new fields in mathematics, never had a proper job or home, travelled from university to university all his life and was probably the most prolific scientist that ever existed.

Make sure you watch the whole playlist (the documentary is in 9 parts).
