Just happened to be browsing around the NIH GWAS Catalog and came across this representation of all known trait-locus associations:

This is a terrible terrible terrible map… There’re 237 shades of colours, linking to 237 complex traits… The legend is on the next page. Why… why did you guys do this to us?
